The key individuals organizing the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial camporees are the same 4 people who did “Tech Expo 2000”, albeit some rotation in functions.
Harry Wilding is Chairman of the events. Long-time Volunteer Scout Leader, now
Council Commissioner of Great Rivers Council.
He has a long list of youth-related service projects he has participated

William L. Ambrose, D.D.S., District Commissioner of Five
Rivers District within the Great Rivers Council, is the Executive Co-chairman
of the events. Bill has 23 years of
service to Scouting and youth projects.
Bill has been in the private practice of dentistry for more than 25

Chris Wrigley, District Chairman of the Five Rivers District
of the Great Rivers Council, is also a Co-chairman of the events. He was chairman of “Tech Expo 2000”, the
event that set the mark for Scouting in out-state Missouri. Chris led the Five Rivers District Scout
contingent to Philmont Scout Ranch in the summer of 2002 on a 10 day, 100 mile
backpacking trip. He is multi-talented
but especially good with organizational structure and food service. E Mail

John Wittstruck, Ph.D., Senior Research Associate, Department
of Higher Ed for the State of Missouri, has contact with the leaders of
colleges and universities in the state of Missouri. John has had 48 years of experience in five states serving Boy
Scouting. His interests include video
