Scouting families and prospective Scouting families have asked for it, and now it is here! The Boy Scouts of America is offering online registration to meet the demand for completing the entire registration process for youth members and adult leaders digitally.

Please visit scouting.org/onlineregistration.aspx and complete the steps below to successfully implement the online registration system in your unit.

  • Create/update your My.Scouting account
  • Update your “Contact Us” pin in BeAScout.org (for those that have the ability to do so)
  • Review the Online Registration Unit Guidebook and learn how to configure the online registration tool to meet your unit’s needs
  • Review training videos and how-to documents
  • Review your preparation checklist under Before You Start – Preparation Checklist

Note: The GRC still has some decisions to make regarding payment options and adult registrations but the information provided gives you a broad stroke of what is coming in a few weeks!
